Parmesan Cauliflower Bake

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 head of cauliflower cut into florets
  • 1 egg
  • 1-2 tablespoons of olive oil or butter
  • 4 tablespoons of Parmesan cheese
  • Lemon juice
  • Salt, pepper, garlic powder

DIRECTIONS

  1. Cut the cauliflower into florets and place in a baking dish (may want to put foil down because it sticks)
  2. Scramble the egg with a fork and then pour over top of the cauliflower and toss to coat with your hands
  3. Sprinkle (generously) with Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper, lemon juice and drizzle butter or olive oil
  4. Toss again with your hands to coat
  5. Make sure to use your hands – it’s the best way to get everything “coated”
  6. Top with a little more Parm to get crunchiness on the top
  7. Bake for 45 minutes to an hour at 350 F
